Digital Marketing certificate coursework
Overview
This digital marketing analysis examined course-provided Google Merchandise Store data to understand ecommerce funnel and device behaviour.
Project type: Coursework (University of Calgary Continuing Education, Digital Marketing). This was not a client engagement or work for Google.
Objective
Use Google Analytics to identify points in the shopping journey that merited further review and recommend areas for optimization.
Analysis and deliverable
The coursework analysis reported a 40.98% cart-abandonment rate and a 0.58% mobile conversion rate in the dataset examined. Priscila used these observations to recommend reviewing the checkout journey and mobile experience.
Interpretation and limitations
These figures are observations from the coursework analysis, not improvements caused by the project. The source resume does not preserve a date range, segment definitions or raw export, so the numbers are shown only with that context and cannot be independently reproduced from this portfolio. No commercial results are claimed.
Evidence note: Described in the verified Marketing resume; the original analytics export and course submission were not present in the reviewed working directory.
